Making safety the first priority, our business policy is to continuously and reliably provide products that satisfy your customers throughout the world in accordance with compliance.
Because of this policy, we received ISO9001 certification in 1994. Furthermore, in 2000, we became the first Japanese manufacturer to acquire N95 mask certification from the US National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). At that time we felt that infection prevention was becoming an important international issue, and our efforts were recognized making us a leader in the development of N95 masks - the very embodiment of our emphasis on quality. We have also designed and developed masks that conform to other international standards, such as EN Aus, and ASTM. In April 2012, we also received ISO 13485, requirements of a quality management system to manufacture and provide the best quality of medical devices. We do not consider certification to be the end, rather, supporting to our continuous daily pursue of the PDCA cycle to deliver safe and reliable products that fully meet our customers needs.

A clean manufacturing environment is maintained through the entire process, from delivery of raw materials to shipment of finished product. Our coordinated production system comprises of three areas: the production area (Clean Area), the storage area (Semi-Clean Area), and the shipping area (General Area). Doors strictly segregate all areas. All incoming materials and individuals must pass through an air-shower room before entering the production area. The production area is the cleanest in the industry, with air pressure kept high to prevent entry of germs, insects, and dust. Fully automated lines are used for ultrasonic patching and packaging, so that no one touches the materials once they have been fed into the machinery. The process is monitored by sensors and image processing equipment to ensure that a high level of quality and safety are maintained.
