Face Mask

Mask Features.

We produce a wide range of mask features responding to requests from customers, e.g.;
– Protection of eyes from contact with patient body fluids during operations or medical treatment.
– Preventing glass lenses from fogging when exhaling, and light reflection hindering vision.
– Masks that protect from mycobacterium tuberculosis or bird flu
– Masks that prevent from inhaling extermely fine particles such us PM2.5.
– Masks that do not touch your mouth etc.
Furthermore, we have also designed and developed Masks correspomnding to other international standards, such as EN, European Standard and ASTM, American Standard.
San-M Package masks are multi-functional to the needs of our customers. By combining improved filtration efficiency to further block out bacteria with a fully automated production line we are now able to produce high quality masks that protect the wearer from bacteria, fine particles and odor.

Standard High-quality-filter Mask

Form

extra-fine fiber filter layers.

Features

Filters over 99% of 0.1-micron particles with improved breathability,and comfort.

Characteristics

Protects from virus infection. Appropriate for use in environments with fine particles.
Fluid Resistant Mask

Form

High quality and specialized filters in 4 layers.

Features

Protects from patient body fluids at mouth cover level during operations.

Characteristics

Protects from virus infection. Appropriate for use in environments exposed to fine particles. (Especially in OR)
Eye Protector Mask

Form

Anti-fogging film attached to upper portion of mask.

Features

Film gives protection to eyes.

Characteristics

Protects eyes from patient body fluid during operations, emergency first aid and during dental procedures.
Cup Keeper Mask

Form

Reinforced with a plastic wire in to center of mask.

Features

By inserting wire a consistent cup shape is created keeping mouth separate from mask.

Characteristics

Allows for speaking without the mask sticking to the wearer’s mouth, ease of breathing over long periods of time, and comfort for the wearer. It is possible to wear lipstick without concern of marking the mask.
Anti-Fogging Mask

Form

Non-woven laminated film attached to upper portion of mask.

Features

Film prevents fogging-up of glasses while breathing.

Characteristics

You can wear glasses without lens fogging. Non-woven laminated film makes this mask smooth to the touch.
Anti-Reflection Mask

Form

Black non-woven laminated film attached to upper portion of mask.

Features

Black non-woven film absorbs light preventing it from entering eyes.

Characteristics

Ease of use even in brightly-lit areas and resistant to fogging.

We are able to produce different sizes of masks such as wider masks for person with a beard and smaller masks for kids

Respirators

New Level Raspirator

High ranked masks that are aqquired N95 respirator certification from NIOSH, the US National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, and FFP Masks are also designed and developed correspong to En, European Standard. We have designed the unique shaped masks that are able to create a clean controlled environment free from particles.

Form

Original trapezoid overhead mask.

Features

Reduces inhaling of fine particles, and risk of aerial and droplet infection.

Characteristics

Can be altered to suit disposable particulate mask regulations of any country. Has large filtration area for improved filtration, breathability, and is recognized for prevention of tubercular infection.

Made According to Customer Requirements.
